How do I order tickets?

If ticket ordering is available through us, just follow these steps:
If your institution manages ticketing directly, please refer to your university’s ceremony invite email for further information.
- visit the Graduation Hub on our website;
- enter your graduation details when prompted;
- select the Ticketing tab at the top of the page;
- enter your name phonetically to assist with pronunciation during the ceremony;
- choose how many guest tickets are required; and
- either proceed to gown hire or add to bag to continue.

How do I amend my ticket order?

To add or remove tickets from an existing order, follow these steps:
Important: Do not remove tickets directly from your basket, as this will permanently delete them from your order. If unsure, please contact us via our online contact form.

- select View/Edit next to your order; and
- click Amend Ticket Order and make your changes.

Please make sure you place your order before the published deadline. If the deadline has already passed, you’ll need to contact your institution directly for further assistance.

Do I need to order a ticket for myself?

Yes, you’ll need to order a ticket to confirm your attendance.
If you’re ordering through our website, you’ll be prompted to select your student ticket as well as any guest tickets during the booking process. If you’re booking directly through your institution, please contact your graduation office for guidance.

What should I do if I booked the wrong ceremony?
A:
If you’ve accidentally booked tickets for the wrong ceremony, please complete our online contact form and we’ll cancel your current order. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to place a new order for the correct ceremony.

How will I receive my graduation tickets?
A:
Ticket delivery is managed by your institution and may be arranged in one of the following ways:

- E-ticket: You’ll receive a final ticket order confirmation email with your tickets attached a few days before your ceremony.
- Post: Your institution will send your tickets by mail.
- Collection: You’ll be able to collect your tickets on the day of your ceremony at the registration desk by providing your name.

Ticket allocations are handled by your institution. If additional tickets become available, your institution will contact you directly or share updates on their website. We recommend checking your institution’s ceremony information regularly for the latest announcements.
